Rental Application Process

(1) Complete one application for each adult over 18. Must have perfect credit with no negative marks to apply.

a. A photo ID for each applicant.

b. Proof of income such as most recent 2 pay stubs, W9 or other proof of income.

c. Most recent bank statement.

(3) Your application will be submitted to landlord for review. Approval should take 1-7 days depending on the

availability of the references.
