How much do you charge on
buyer side representation?
Agent will ask seller to pay for buyer's commission.
Service Charge is 3% of the home purchase price. Buyer representation agreement is good for 3 months. If seller pays a 3% concession towards buyer's broker commission, then there is no cost to buyer.
If seller does not agree to pay for it, buyer's maximum obligation to agent is 2% of the purchase price.
