Additional service: Professional home staging will make the house look magnificent to prospected buyers. It will promote faster selling and possible higher price. Additional cost is 1% of the sales price.
How much does it cost to sell my house?
The base cost is 4% of the sale price.
For example, if the price sold is $800,000 the cost will be $800,000 x 4% = $32,000
Staging service will cost 1% more at 5% of the sale price.
