Rental Process
Home > Renters > Rental Process

1 Start looking for a new home about 15-30 days before the actual moving date. The rental process will take 2-7 days.
2 Pick 3 properties that you like to see the most.
3 Call Caroline at 626-922-8408 to set up an appointment to view them.
4 Show up at the appointment with all decision makers.
5 Decide on the house you want to rent and submit the rental application(s). Pay for credit check ($20 per person).
6 Pay the total move-in cost (1st month + security deposit).
7 Get the key and move right in!
