What are the important criteria used to qualify for renting a home?  
Generally, owners consider the following factors:  Satisfactory credit history.  No past rental evictions.  Employment verification.  Stable household income. Present and former landlord references.

When should I start looking for a new rental?  
Normally, owners would like to fill the vacancy as soon as possible and will not hold the property for more than 15-30 days. Therefore, it is suggested that you start looking for a rental approximately 15-30 days before your actual moving date.

How much does it cost to move into a rental?
Security deposit and the first month rent.  Some might require a pet deposit.  There is a $20 credit check fee for each occupant 18 years or older.

How do I schedule for a showing?
Showing time is 1 pm to sundown,
7 days a week. Showing is on the same day, so please call on the day you like to see the house. Please also make sure all the decision makers are present to see the house at the same time so only 1 showing is needed instead of multiple showings on the same house.
