1 Download and print out the Application Form.
2 Complete one application for each adult over 18.
3 Make a copy of a photo ID for each applicant. Make a copy of proof of income such as most recnet 2 pay stubs, W2 or bank statements.

Deliver your application, photo IDs and proof of income with $25 credit check fee (for each applicant) payable to RE/MAX Realty 100 to:

p.s. Credit reports provided by applicants will not be accepted.

5 Your application will be submitted to the landlord for review.  Your approval should take 1-7 days depending on the availability of your references.
