1 Please call or email your contact info and rental property address to me. My email address is ctsou@remax.net.
2 I will send you the lease listing agreement via fax or email.
3 Sign the listing agreement and send it back to me.
4 Start marketing the house.
5 Prepare the house in rent-ready condition.
6 Review applications.
7 Accept a qualified application.
8 Collect move-in cost in cashier's check.
9 Sign lease agreement and legal disclosures.
10 Final house touch up.
11 Turn over the keys to the new tenant.
