2. New properties update email:
Call or email me to let me know what are your looking for so I can email you all houses that fit into your search criteria.

3. Searching for properties:
Click here to search for your dream home
that is priced within your qualified price range in your desired cities.

4. Conduct house viewing tours:
Conduct house viewing tours to get familiar with your desired neighborhoods and housing types in order to narrow your search. Since it is a long soul searching process, once you update your searching criteria, please inform me so I can email you the right properties.

5. Repeat step 2 to 4 until you find your dream home.

6. Submit an offer.

7. Open escrow with deposit check.

8. Review property inspection report and request repairs.

9. Bring in down payment to close the escrow.

10. Receive the key and move right in!
